The Guidance material to help students adapt to online and distance learning is the result of research and a creative workshop conducted by the project partners.

This methodology allowed to identify factors that influence learners' persistence and their risk of dropping out during online and distance learning, as well as to collect ideas and tips that learners can apply to deal with concentration problems during online courses, find ways to get organised and reduce the risk of demotivation by working on self-motivation.
