The e-ManTRA project was initiated in autumn 2020 in the wake of the Corona crisis and the abrupt transition to 100% distance learning. AFT, a French professional organisation in Transport and Logistic and project coordinator, brought together six other complementary partners, including private and public educational institutions and an SME specialised in the development of gamified pedagogical software to prepare Transport & Logistics (T&L) vocational training for digital education.
Specifically, the e-ManTRA project focuses on the training of transport managers at level 5 of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), as this person plays a central role in T&L companies by managing the organisation of transport, drivers and customer relations.
